The course is designed to acquaint prospective entrepreneurs with various management accounting/management control concepts and techniques and to provide them with opportunities to apply these concepts and techniques in such areas as cost control, pricing, make-or-buy decisions, capital acquisitions, budgeting, inventory control, and performance evaluation. The course is not open for credit to students who have majored or intend to major in accounting. Priority in registration will be given to students within the Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management concentration. Other non-accounting majors may register if space is available.
