AEF Notes
Effective FALL 2025

All Academic Excellence Fee (AEF) charges are approved by the CUNY Board of Trustees (BoT). CUNY’s AEF policy.  The most recent BoT resolution for Baruch AEF charges can be found at CUNY BoT Meetings.

The May 2025 CUNY BoT AEF resolution approved changing AEF to per credit, year-round, for most Baruch graduate programs. The MS in Mental Health Counseling program was not included in the May 2025 BoT resolution so will continue to be charged on a per semester basis (a “semester” is a Fall or Spring term only).
