It requires executive students to apply all of the business disciplines learned throughout the program, as well as the perspectives gained regarding the healthcare industry, to an innovative health services venture. The course is divided into two main parts. The first part introduces students to various theoretical perspectives and frameworks that will help them develop and critique internal new ventures / intrapreneurial projects as well as entrepreneurial ventures.
